Why we built KonBid

KonBid exists because estimating for land and site contractors was stuck between spreadsheets that break and enterprise software with too much bloat. We built one tool that goes from PDF plans to a branded proposal with all the tools you need, priced for the whole company at $79 per month, so small and mid-size contractors can bid faster and more accurately.

Founded by Bryson Williams, Project Manager, Williams Co. Excavation, y years estimating and running excavation, septic and drainage, and land jobs.

Years of annoying spreadsheets, back and forth with calculators, and high-priced software that didn't fit our needs specifically for our trade.

KonBid was launched publicly in 2026 and has been tested and improved on for over a year with input from real contractors.

Every feature in KonBid exists because a real contractor asked for it, and every default is set the way an estimator would set it. No fluff. No bloat.
